Thank you for your review. We appreciate your comments about Informatica, especially the part about “great people.” We couldn’t agree more! We also took note of your comment about a lack of communication from upper management. We know that the last few months were difficult as we all waited to hear how our change from public to private ownership was proceeding. As you know, there are many legal restrictions on what can and cannot be communicated. It was as frustrating for Sohaib and the executive team as it was for many of us. Now that our status is settled, we have been over-communicating to share the news and updates with people, including holding extra all hands meetings as a company, as well as leaders holding their own functional meetings. We are sharing information via our internal comms portal, Life@Informatica, and our leaders are focused on holding small team meetings and one-on-ones to make sure they reach out to people now that we are free and clear to talk about what is going on.
