I have 20 years of work experience and have close to three years of experience with Informatica. Its a perfect place for anyone whom wanted to be a shining DIAMOND! Yes, its a hidden gem in the silicon valley as it has a potential to sustain as a Data Integration Leader for next several years! It has a tremendous opportunities for the employees who wanted to learn, grow and shine in the new technologies. The People, Process and theTechnology truly encourages and supports each employee to grow in their career. Most importantly when you go to the customer site, you get a tremendous respect from the customer as you are representing INFORMATICA. My big THUMBS UP to anyone who can wish to join us!!!!

Cons

Employee stock purchase options is missing after becoming a private organization. But I hope the management already knows about it and hoping that would be addressed pretty soon.

The Company did institute a supplemental bonus to replace the ESOP.
