Even managers are very technical. People share their learnings through internal blogs which are very helpful. If you have enthusiasm it is nice place for professional growth. 2. Technology: For the size of the company, it is not one technology company. You get to work C/C++ that includes core systems programming, java, cloud technologies etc. It is not just using technology but also solve interesting and complex problems like zero down time solutions, processing large amounts of data etc. 3. Customer impact: The product I work on has short release cycles, which enables to have meaningful impact and also see customers using it immediately. 4. Benefits: Benefits are on par with industry standard. Head quarters has free gym, volley ball court. It also nice walking trails along the bay. Finally people not only work hard but also have fun. We have frequent table tennis, volley ball tournaments. Also there are frequent chill out events. Even team off-site events are fun, with some of the teams having off-site in other countries.
