Pros
Job is straightforward. Account Execs are amazing to work with for selling experience if you get the right ones. The SDS-AE structure is extremely beneficial for entry level reps. Great salary and benefits for entry level. Sales Kickoff was a great experience.
Cons
Not much room for growth. Might be in the role for 5 years before promotion. They seem to hire AE's based on previous books of business for targeted accounts, or promoting family within.
