Pros
Good customer support. New exec management is a big improvement, but they have a huge task to try and make IBI relevant in the market again.
Cons
Very difficult to land new logo accounts. If you join as Account Executive, make sure you have a set of good existing accounts, or your chances of success are very slim. Comp plan is below average. Benefits are below average. Marketing can't get out of their own way. Was once a great company, but stayed stagnant for far too long and market has passed them by. Most of the "A" level talent is long gone.
