Pros
Years ago when I started, the company was a great place to work.. sure, it was a little disorganized but it was somewhat run like a startup with being able to promote ideas and probably run with them.
Cons
The last few years are a complete 180. There's no direction from management, no money to create new products, layoffs on a regular basis causing people to back stab to try to keep their jobs. Upper level management act like robots during all hands meetings.
