No Pros, really there is nothing,

Cons

Very bad management in India, US its really good, But since India management is so bad and play politics that it nullifies every good aspect. And one of the biggest problem with this company is, That it will take huge effort to get out of this company, 3 months notice period, then work quality u will do will be extremely low, U will become lazy . It took me 3.5 years to get out of this hell and i assure you that I was lucky. I have literally ruined my career here, Please u don't do this.

Wide diversity of offerings/fields to engage in Remote work Intelligent teammates

Cons

"Unlimited PTO" policy is unclear with expectations Healthcare benefits are poor Work environment, culture, and workload is almost entirely dictated by clients. E.g. ISG has no desire to create safety and balance for employees if the client has none.
