Cons
As a relatively small public company, ISG often struggles with the dual goals of performing well relative to meeting shareholder expectations and providing a competitive level of variable compensation to its employees. As a result, it frequently puts off investment in growth areas which would accelerate its growth. Can be a very tough place to work over the long term.
