Remote work and company provided laptop.

Cons

Offers very little in perks compared to other companies. Remote work, but no incentive from the company to form bonds with coworkers or with company. Works you to the bone and shows no appreciation for your hard work.

Wide diversity of offerings/fields to engage in Remote work Intelligent teammates

Cons

"Unlimited PTO" policy is unclear with expectations Healthcare benefits are poor Work environment, culture, and workload is almost entirely dictated by clients. E.g. ISG has no desire to create safety and balance for employees if the client has none.
