Cons

This company has no system. When you finish projects without something wrong , manager take credit for this, but if there are something wrong, the manager will say: [not my business, it all RDs' problem], the managers of RD have no balls. This company is full of "R&D alternativer service", you can see that no one want to stay there but them.
