Pros
If you are from china, you probably can work there as you understand their mentality. If you are in transition and just need money or do not want to stay home for few months you may want to take a job there, otherwise nothing good that I can tell you.
Cons
Worse company you may find in the silicon valley. The person in charge does not know how to manage a business. He simply thinks he is right on every thing. Loves to order people. Put the staff down. He runs this place just like a slavery and believe everyone should be treated like a prisoner. Pay is about half of what the industry standard is in silicon valley.
