Where to start. President (Tony) micromanages way to much he thinks he is the janitor, air conditioning guy, sales, HR, support, logistics its a nightmare scenario for any manager. Another big issue is no process throughout departments, and changes as fast as wind changes directions with zero accountability. When someone does try and improve, it seems there is little backing throughout. Another thing to point out is how much of the decision is based on cost, which affects everyone in the long run even our reoccurring customers. There is no sales strategy and when there is a sales strategy the President changes the plan within a quarter. Lack of vision and when your president says "how are we going to survive each meeting" that is a good tale sign that he is the wrong leader, and Infortrend US is not going anywhere. Lastly, the coworkers are great, but the environment is terrible. You are not allowed to talk to each other??? What kind of nonsense is that. President walks around saying this... Stay away. This is not a thriving environment, I would give it a half star if I could.
