Pros

The people working there are nice, i made some great friends while working there, training is very fun too

Cons

Management appears to place a stronger emphasis on pushing sales targets, even for employees who are not part of the sales department. This creates unrealistic expectations and shifts the focus away from our actual roles and responsibilities. There is also an expectation to be at our desks and ready to work before our scheduled shift begins, despite not being paid for that time. At the same time, if there is a system issue and I am even one minute late logging in, 15 minutes' pay is deducted. This feels inconsistent and unfair. Break times also need to be longer. Being expected to handle back-to-back calls with only 30 seconds to finish account notes before the next call is unrealistic and does not allow enough time to complete work accurately or take a brief mental break. Overall, I do not feel that the workload and performance expectations are reflected in the level of pay. The demands of the role are significantly higher than what the compensation suggests.
