1) Seems organized in terms of workplace and departments. 2) Knowledge sharing portals are good enough. 3) Vast number of clientele means an opportunity to work across several platforms.

Cons

1) Appraisals are mostly final rating oriented and hardly ever tell the truth. 2) Draconian HR policies. 3) Complete disconnect with senior management and their practices. 4) An eroding middle management means more pressure on small leads and lesser control by managers themselves.
