Pros

Infosys is the most recognized name among the software companies in India. It is also a growing organization and is trying to compete with Accenture and Delloite. So, some of the assignments are of good quality that do involve communicating with the top management. In terms of opportunities, you can easily reach out to anybody within the consulting group for client work. Some of the leaders within the consulting group are great people and you can learn a lot by working with them. Overall, it is a huge organization with opportunities in lot of areas.

Cons

The management policies in Infosys are opaque. Decisions are made and then changed within few days. The decisions defined by the board are considered final even if they are unfair and unpopular. The top management continues to get high bonuses and increments and the lower management continues to suffer. You do not feel that you are part of an organization but just a machine. The work done is primarily around IT and high end consulting work, as done by top firms like Accenture and Deloitte, is not there.

Pros

My overall impression of the company is positive. The compensation and benefits seem fair and supportive, and the company appears to offer good career growth opportunities for employees who want to learn and advance. In terms of culture and values, it comes across as a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment where people are encouraged to contribute and develop.

Cons

I did not notice any major concerns, but like any large organization, there is always room to further improve internal communication and clarity around career advancement.
