Pros

I have found zero pros to working for infosys in the 16 months I was employed by them.

Cons

They will discriminate against you if you disclose your disabilities to them. They will encourage you not to go further with disclosing your disabilities and then they will fire you in less than a month after telling you in your disability hearing that you are a "liability to them and their clients". It will feel retaliatory and it will be. This was a horrifying organization to be apart of for any amount of time.

Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
