Pros

The job is relatively easy and the pay is decent. The officer also has some good facilities.

Cons

The management is incredibly toxic and doesn't want any of the other recruiters to get along because of some weird fear they will team up against them, I guess? It was strange and unbearable, your co-workers and even other teams are looking for reasons to report you to management. You can't talk about anything other than work because then you may start getting along and the management can't have that. Toxic culture, don't work here.
