Cons

Language barrier including an arrogance mixed with an obtuse culture. Failure to just listen. I have experienced being talked over constantly. There is no one at our current client in positions of leadership that are not Indian or SE Asian. There appears to be an expectation of “just do what we tell you” approach. I been yelled at for asking for a repeat when I am not picking up something from a thick accent. They allow the client to treat us poorly as well.

Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
