Pros

- I have had great management for my team personally which helps with all the negatives - Remote work - Potential for bonuses - Good internal learning options

Cons

- Opportunities for internal promotions are scarce - Extremely difficult to secure meaningful salary increases after being hired - The company does not provide routine salary adjustments based on market conditions or employee performance - The health insurance offerings are below industry standards - The company’s internal systems and platforms are often slow, outdated, and prone to glitches, leading to frustration and reduced productivity for employees. - For U.S.-based employees, the per diem rates for travel are among the lowest in the industry - Employees frequently encounter delays and complications when submitting travel expenses for reimbursement - You are truly a number here - Make sure to get everything in writing, I was told i got 20 days of PTO in interview and only received 13, told bonus was paid out 100% all the time and i have never received a 100% bonus payout, etc.

Good learning opportunities – Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training programs (especially for freshers). Global exposure – Opportunities to work with international clients and global delivery teams. Structured processes – Well-defined policies, documentation, and governance. Work-life balance (project dependent) – Many teams offer reasonable working hours. Employee benefits – Health insurance, paid leaves, and wellness initiatives. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
