- Very political environment and work culture - Management does not invest in employee training even within Consulting, poor policy on external certifications (unless they get a deal with a technology partner for mass certification), limited options for non-technical education and no reimbursement for courses not available on the internal portal. - Archaic internal systems, too many of them that are annoying to navigate even to execute basic operational tasks.
