Pros
Decent starter job. You can develop skills here. I liked the people and companies I worked for.
Cons
I worked here for 7 years, but they couldn't find work for me that did not require relocation so they just let me go. Even after 7 years with them, my severance was only another paycheck. My recommendation to anyone who takes a job here is to never stop looking elsewhere. Infosys is an ok place to work temporarily, but don't make the same mistake I made.
