Good training platform , Smooth way to get in to a project with many top companies.

Cons

Bench time put you in uncertainty and sometimes Visa candidate are prioritize. Communication regarding your performance and improvement is poor. Your department is not on control of you firing even though they support you. Off and On project will give you many year of experiences with less confidence. You may find yourself in a project with no support and have no one willing to know it.
