Pros

Flexible work timinigs. US healthcare domain very niche skills in market. Good for freshers

Cons

Hire and fire policy. Management does not know to identify good talent in the organzation. They blindly trust people who speaks well. Apprasial cycle is very bad. No proper hike to software engineers.
