Maintains culture. Teammates were good. Not much pressure.
Cons
1. Few managers doesn't know basic english to communicate and such managers will hold your confirmation letter saying lack of communication skills, which is a petty. 2. Lady managers used to torture with politics. 3. This not a place for talent. Cheap politics are played. 4. Technology wise they do not know what decision to be taken and whats best to be done. 5. Female managers used to treat females in a team very badly. 6. They hire to fire. They fire people in a day. 7. Fun part is a dental doctor becoming a technical manager and reviewing your technical performance, and this decision is considered by the management. 8. Issues raised to the management or HR will be useless. They don't even bother to worry about your problems. 9. if you face any issue, the only solution is to resign.
