Pros

Work-life balance. Nice colleagues. They have a very flexible client environment. I have seen many people rejoined infotech in my 7 years of journey due to smooth culture. Salary is always on time by the end of month. Management/Leadership is very friendly and approachable. They have a very transparent culture.

Cons

Not much. Mostly every company has cons. however, the key to a healthy work environment is a good culture and financial stability which to some extent this company provides.
