Struggling Company - Anonymous employee Infragistics Employee Review

I’d strongly advise against taking a position at the company. Pay is well below average with zero room for growth pretty much across the board. The company is struggling due to poor decisions over the last few years by management. Every other year or so they lay off a good portion of the staff but the people making decisions never changes. The company lacks diversity, touts open PTO but allows managers to be very strict with it, doesn’t value employees or contributing to the community.
