Job security during tough times, good job, good benefits, good work environment for those who are actually willing to work, while they are at work, competitive pay, advancement opportunities, over 30 years of combined maintenance department experience at Houston plant.

Cons

Overtime required for maintenance techs on short notice sometimes, hard work and fast paced environment makes it hard to keep hourly employees with all the industrial work opportunities up and down the Houston ship channel.
