So below are the reviews as they keep removing reviews of colleagues and one of most mentally harrased employee , He doesn't even put reviews They basically hired an International and asked him to join the company on below average salary on part time basis on promise that after 3 months they will do the fll time as they need to do some work permit paperwork in meanwhile they are offering to do part time. Since this is a family owned business Internal politics is quite common The employer manager wanted to get a promotion and got raise in his salary due to which the HR fired the recent employed person and said they have some strategic changes , The general counsel said sorry but its not his decision , its company decision and the employee had to leave the company right away because the CEO was about to visit the company next day just so that the employee couldn't confront the CEO about all this politics and raise questions inf front of him. The general counsel got raise in his salary and position. They even asked to remove linkedIn post of joining the company by the employee and suggested that they keep things discreet. Since the employee was an international he spent a lot of money in relocation but they didn't paid him any cost. My friend has posted review many times but somehow they manage to take down reviews from many platforms, as you can see in all the previous reviews that company and HR doesn't has any policy , human ethics and worst company to work in . Its a mental harassment that they do without giving a reason nd firing an employee even after knowing the whole helpless situation and nit even compensating for anything just for their own internal benefit. Also before the employer joined the organisation they did some internal politics with previous employees as well the lady before was pregnant and they raised issues with pregnancy leaves which aroused some legal issues as well.
