Pros
This is a people-place. They've put together an outstanding group of very smart (and in all honesty, mostly introverted) people who take on challenges and try their best to help one another. If you are considerate, able to listen, and not snap to judgement - you will get on great here. Many employees have been on-staff for a very long time. Many who leave eventually come back - and are always gladly welcomed. Management is considerate of people's need for work/life balance, though you are expected to work hard and take on challenges - and that sometimes means working late or on weekends (this is the tech industry, after all, and that is common place). Most late-night work sessions involve festive libations, snacks, and good conversation. :) The office in Seattle and Walla Walla are beautiful with great amenities and locations.
Cons
The company is having a little trouble adapting to growth, and that mainly has to do with the structure of upper management. Again - very common. This has led to frustration for some people who work here and have worked here in the past. The order of operations needs to be restructured to increase productivity and allow the company to grow without so much friction. Communications within the company should also be improved. These are problems with a solution, they just need to be addressed openly and honestly.
