Pros
Good place for inexperienced people. Provides a lot of trainings, including technical. Certain positions are great. Salary can scale well if you are good at negotiations and can prove your value. A lot of personal freedom (not very strict about start/end time, breaks, dress code etc.) only 5 days of mandatory office time.
Cons
Starting pay for entry-level jobs is below average. Chaotic and rushed global projects, if you have to participate in one you will soon envy the dead. Some of the new tools and systems are user-hostile. Some of the legacy tools are working on magic and goodwill alone. Most positions have very low development ceiling.
