Pros
My Manager was amazing. Work life balance was never an issue, and she never micromanaged. I've heard that other sups do micromanage so it kind of depends on whose team you end up on whether you'll have a good time or not.
Cons
The pay is decent, but not great. You can make the same amount at any office job or maybe even as a sup at a fast food place. I do think it's worth it though given what you could have to deal with at other places.
