Pros

Salary is still within a competitive market range. Remote workers that live beyond a 30 mile radius of an office are still allow remote work privileges.

Cons

Before the acquisition, this used to be a fun place to work. Challenging in the way that all communications agencies can be challenging, but kind people and a lot of heart for the employees. That said, those days are far gone. Inizio came in and stripped this place down to an environment where you better have a 90%+ utilization rate or you're likely to be "randomly selected" as one of what seems to be multiple rounds of layoffs. Layoffs have also lead to short staffing with no backfill, causing client accounts to tailspin from mistakes caused by staff stretched too thin across multiple accounts. No bonuses, no travel or prodev funding unless a client is paying for it, no WFH stipends, only minimal pay raises tied to performance. Benefits were cut pretty dramatically this year to save money (less comprehensive coverage with higher employee contributions). They're also implementing a strict RTO policy for people near an office which has further eroded morale. People are feeling burnt out, disconnected from the decisions of the holding company overlords, and bogged down by administrative head aches created by mushing a bunch of separate agencies together with no operational foresight. I strongly encourage people to steer clear unless the leadership and ownership significantly turns over.

Great company to work for that has a lot of connections to big and small pharma companies.

Cons

No cons at the moment except contracts can end at any time . But they will get you on another one.

Pros

I’ve been really fortunate in my experience here. The clients I work with are genuinely kind and collaborative, and my colleagues are truly wonderful to work alongside. I know not everyone may have the same experience, but I feel lucky to work with such great people. The benefits are also a strong positive. There’s a generous 401(k) match, overall benefits have been good in my experience, and the unlimited PTO policy is a meaningful perk that offers a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Advancement opportunities can sometimes depend heavily on the revenue associated with your client or account, which may limit growth for those supporting smaller or less prioritized business areas. Additionally, there can be a perception of favoritism in certain situations, which may impact how opportunities and recognition are distributed. Promotion timing can be inconsistent and often depends heavily on the revenue impact of your account or role. Some employees may move up more quickly, while others can go several years without a promotion. Since there is not a consistent company-wide adjustment or merit cycle, salary progression is largely tied to promotion timing rather than regular annual increases.
