Pros

IWP has great compensation and benefits, and does truly believe in work life balance

Cons

Injured Workers Pharmacy is not the place to be if you want to move forward in your career or work at a company that is innovative. The majority of the day is spent behind a computer screen or stuck inside an office. There is very to little collaboration across the organization and many roles are extremely silod. The office is always dead quiet and the majority of workers are there to complete their shift and go home. The majority of senior team sits in their office all day and only interact with other senior team members not their immediate teams. The culture needs a complete overhaul as turnover is extremely high and individuals just up and quit without notice. There is almost no transparency as to what is going on with the company besides twice a year town halls. Before I took this position I was warned about the culture and honestly wish I would have taken that advice before joining this organization. Be extremely cautious before taking a job here.

Pros

Work life balance - flexibility in hybrid/remote work - each department has individual freedom to manage employees and jobs as needed (aka if one department needs different hours or different scheduling then they can do that). There is a corporate structure but it's a small enough company that people still know each other. Everyone is friendly and nice. There's no real "work politics" that I have experienced at other larger companies. Bonuses are decent and pay is competitive. Benefits are good. I see potential for growth as the business and the overhead company that IWP created continues to grow.

Cons

There can be a decent turnover rate in specific departments or areas. I think some of this is due to some of the job styles/types though (ex: more of the call center, customer service-oriented jobs and the sales team). From my knowledge, it's common to have high turnover in those areas.
