Pros

The managers treat ALL staff no matter what level with so much love and respect. It feels like they want us ALL to grow and fulfill our dreams.

Cons

Since I am new, it feels as if i get coddled a lot. I've worked in the hotel industry for about 5 years now so I think I know what to do, but they tend to take over everything and i know it's them wanting to make sure you're comfortable and also that the task is done correctly but I learn best by actually being able to have control over my task whether its a check in or phone call or simple question and if i make a mistake I can actually learn from it.

Eroding benefits, lack of cultural investment, short-term financial thinking over long-term sustainability. Low pay.
