Nice coworkers, hotel discounts, that’s literally it.
Cons
GM never followed through with things she said she would handle. Insurance was a joke, expected to cover shifts without any notice. GM was usually only at the property 3 days a week, always taking time off or going on vacation. Expect nickel and dime raises.
