Chance to learn lots of gr8 technologies, you get a chance to learn lots of new technologies t is very good company for freshers,many things to learn,best salary,very quick hike, Payment at evey 1 st of month,good projects to work. Growth in Telecom Domain.

Cons

Worst time management,Dreamy deadlines for releases,No proper strategy for some functionalities as need to deliver them within very less time frame resulting bugs and developers need to do rework afterwards.
