Pros
Good for fresher.... But not good for experience(if you are from indore, MP than you can think for innoeye if u dont have any other opportunity).. But outsider Experience friends never go for innoeye..
Cons
-If some one want to learn SLANG... than join Innoeye.... i dont know whether some one will learn java, android etc.. but definitely he will learn "how to use slang to resources"... -If you want to join than ask for no. of leaves and no. of working days in a week. -While i was working Saturday also was working day and leave policy is very very bad....3 consecutive holiday u cannot take etc..
