Very low pay, line leaders think they can talk to you any way they want, manager does nothing when problems occur, the big wiggs with upper positions always blame their mistakes on QC that includes writing bad work orders, a lot of favoritism and discrimination that goes on in that place. A lot of termoil, back stabbing and drama. No room for advancement.
