It's a good paying job for the industry, and the company seems to listen to its employees. All customer support jobs are stressful, and I feel like they acknowledge this and try to mitigate it. I've worked other phone jobs, and none of the others seemed to care like Innosource does.
Cons
After Covid it's almost impossible to meet empathy requirements. They take a personality trait and try to force it into a list of rules. It's incredibly stressful. I would work there again, except I want to work from home.
