Pros

- Complete Work from Home.

Cons

- Management is very poor, TL and OM do not respond to mails, but they are ready to serve you reprimand for not meeting KPI. Your issues will not be heard. - OT is not done on public holiday but a weekend before it, on Saturday or Sunday so they pay only 1.5x instead of 2x. (Govt mand to pay 2x on holiday.). You will be forced by saying you don't support the team, but they wont send it in writing. - Quality team is crap, no feedback or appeal system. - TL and TMs are arrogant and egoistic, most of them, you will find yourself more knowledgeable than most of them. - Upper management is a joke, they don't know how to do business, they lost 2 projects in 1 month, now about to loose another because they don't hear the issues of junior employees. - No benefits or promotions or understanding in this company, promotions happens only if new projects come, else sit in the same role for months or years. - Some people in senior management don't even know English, they struggle with basic sentences.
