Highly not recommend for experienced (red flag 🚩) especially who r coming from MNC's - Senior Software Engineer Innominds Software Employee Review

I am still in bench since when I joined.. Its more than 2 months..This guys don't have any internal projects.. If have means u need to clear again interview for each internal projects.. I have worked for many companies.. I haven't seen this culture. It is more like consultancy with better offers. I am not sure they know the meaning of internal projects. So many people's are in bench.. Don't know what they will with those bench guys. No bonus no client allowances no joining kits nothing. So many things to say but I think you have already understood from above lines.
