Pros
The last 8 months haven’t been the best because of everything going on in the country, but I know I and my colleagues have appreciated how open and honest management has been with us through everything. We’ve very much been kept in the loop and constantly updated as to the state of the company and what to expect moving forward.
Cons
Pay isn’t the best, but management explained to everyone that salary reductions were necessary to ensure that all employees kept their jobs.
