Pros
Lots of team meetings and team projects. Inter-departmental isn’t just a word here, it’s a way of life. Everyone works together on every single thing we do. It’s an adjustment at first, but once you get used to it, it’s a much better way to work.
Cons
Even though I like it, I recognize that the intense amount of teamwork and collaboration is a con for people who prefer to work solo. Something to consider before applying.
