I have been working here for just about a year now….after being at a larger company for 8+ years, I started looking for a company/opportunity where I could make my impact felt directly. Interestingly, I found many co-workers are here for the same reason… of making a direct impact in their own way. Everyone is encouraged to add value to the company... not just through the work they do as part of their current role... but in the areas where they would want to grow in their career as well! See a plenty of entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up without the risks...! Great place to be, if you aspire to build a practice or business unit... build solutions for enterprises, hire top talent and grow as a tech/business leader.
