Most shocking and surprising thing is you will not get the full and final settlement amount for 3 months after you resign from company. In my case, its more than 100 days after so many follow-ups and calls to management. No one from HR and payroll team will respond to your emails and chat. Only way is to go in person and ask when you are in company. After you leave the company if u have any queries about final settlement amount they will not respond even u send 10 emails and call them. Hectic work as you need to work on multiple projects even though u were in full billing. Otherwise u will end up getting less hike or no hike at all.
