Great work team but not good management especially of people in the US.

Cons

Lot of nepotism in management. Not real opportunity given for advancement and crazy work hours. Inability to manage projects and time frames accurately.

Pros

If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

Cons

This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
