No Manager - Employee relations - Most of the managers are busy in pleasing higher management. Most of them doesn't care about Employees and their work life balance.

If you are a senior, you need to work on Multiple Projects/Internal Projects or other work items that your Practice suggests else no Promotion and less hike.
Even if you are a excellent resource within Project, if you do not have time for other work items then as per management you have no knowledge.
No job security, I have seen few layoffs.
No proper planning from Management side. HRs does not have much to do from their side. Many HRs are fired.
Night shift allowance are not credited in timely manner, need to do follow up every month until then Managers have no idea about it.
No new Projects for Microsoft/Java Practice.
