Cons
The pay is low, and HR frequently changes policies at their discretion. Employees are not given proper value. There appears to be significant nepotism among managers in the US office, who tend to promote only their acquaintances, thereby depriving others of onsite opportunities. In my case, despite the client requesting my onsite visit for training, the opportunity was taken away without my knowledge and given to a close relative instead.
