      Pros

      90% employees are very hard working within the company. Some employees exploits companies good nature.

      Cons

      I do not see anything bad to say. I know other companies pays to clients for the offers, I suppose Innova Solutions do not under the table/ cut to hiring managers of the clients.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
