      Pros

      Work-life balance is good. My team was awesome.

      Cons

      This company has laid off almost all of their recruiting and US Operations teams- focusing now on offshoring and AI, contributing to the growing unemployment in the US. Leadership needs to be better and more organized.

      Pros

      If you want to basically make up work for yourself or nearly do nothing everyday, this place is great.

      Cons

      This place is poorly run. The founder’s children will likely be the death of the corporation. They have childish, inept leadership that throw their weight around. They have no vision for the future, and they are threatened by those asking for that clarity to do their jobs.
